Buy In Person

Buying at one of our auctions is simple. On your first visit we will issue you with a unique bidder's number which is free and can be used for future auctions (I.D. required), you can then attend the sale in person, leave a commission bid, or, in special circumstances you may bid by telephone at the time of the sale (conditions apply). Payment for goods can be made by Bank transfer, by bidding platform link, Debit Card, or Cash. Our buyer's premium is 20% + V.A.T. on the hammer price (extra fees apply if using one of our two online bidding platforms or if you register via our own website there are no additional fees).

Bid Online

You may also bid online via easyliveAuction.com, the-saleroom.com, and now, via our own website which has no additional fees with integrated live bidding.

Our auctions take place every 3rd Saturday morning at 10am. Viewing is strictly on Thursday's from 1pm to 5pm, Friday's from 10am to 6pm and from 8.30am on the day.

We have ample parking and disabled toilet facilities.

Transport

If you require larger goods to be collected or delivered, we offer in-house transport within a 50-mile radius at reasonable rates:

COLLECTIONS - our in-house collection service is charged at £32 per hour per person with a minimum charge of £64.

Please ensure all items are accessible and that fragile items are carefully packaged and labelled with your name and the contents.

Costs will be deducted from your vendor statement after the sale.

DELIVERIES - Please request a quote for delivery, which will be based on distance and person-hours. This service is limited, as we aim to make delivery trips as efficient as possible.

Curbside delivery only, but we will do our best to assist you to a ground floor if easily accessible. Can be paid in cash on delivery or via invoice to be settled before delivery.
