N gauge model railway portable needs attention
N Gauge Model Railway Description.
This has been stored for some years and needs a good clean & service. It is quite detailed with many outbuildings & sidings. It has light damage to the odd building & tree but is mostly intact.
The cabling appears to be in place but has not been tested. Most of the cables have been labelled.
There are about 18 points, 12 of which are electric & appear to be operational, plus 6 manual points (in the fiddle yard). There are also around 20 switches, (mostly labelled).
It is powered by a Duette N/74 transformer which is in very good condition and has been tested.
There is a working manually operated turntable.
Made in 3 sections for ease of transport, the layout bolts together easily and connects electrically via a plug in loom. (So should slide into the back of a large family or estate car).
It is L shaped with the main 3200mm layout connected to a fiddle yard to the left side.
The three sections measure approx: a). 1600mm X 320mm, b). 1600 X 320 with the fiddle yard being 1070mm X 150mm.
